Our Team
How We Work
We are a relationship‑driven wealth management group rooted in family, trust, and the Golden Rule. As cattle ranchers and stewards of the land, we value hard work, honesty, and the simple things—fresh eggs from the farm, tomato plants grown from seed, and showing up for one another when it matters most.
We exist because we genuinely love people and the relationships we build. We walk beside our clients through life’s hardest seasons—loss, transition, uncertainty—and its most meaningful milestones, like retirement, legacy planning, and major life purchases.
Having the honor of serving multiple generations within the same families is something we never take lightly. The trust our clients place in us is the foundation of everything we do, and we are grateful for it every day.
What to expect
From the very beginning, our goal is to make you feel comfortable. Our approach is laid‑back, conversational, and friendly. We don’t believe in rushing meetings or talking over people—we prefer to listen first.
You can expect meaningful conversations about family, values, and what’s important to you. We take time to learn your story, gather the right information, and understand your goals before offering guidance.
When you’re ready to dive in, it’s helpful to bring things like account statements, Social Security estimates, and information on your assets, debts, and overall financial picture. This allows us to be thorough and provide thoughtful, full‑service support.
We collaborate with CPAs and attorneys when needed, working as a team to ensure everything is aligned and handled well.
Above all, you’ll find us friendly, professional, easy to work with, and genuinely invested in the people we serve.
Our family‑based team brings different strengths, trusted collaboration, and a clear succession plan—creating continuity and perspective our clients can depend on.
